I have ordered 2 advanced canister devices the original several years ago and recently one when size options became available. I am able to wear the device for an entire week 24hrs a day before it begins to come loose from tape and adhesive. I love having my glans covered for this period of time when i remove the device it smells amazing as a natural foreskin should. I allow the skin to rest for a few days then apply for another weeks or so. I recomend this device to anyone who is able to tug consistantly for long periods of time without worrying about it comming loose.
